4 listopada 2025 studenci i studentki specjalności Protetyka Słuchu i Ochrona przed Hałasem na Uniwersytecie im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu wzięli udział w wyjątkowym spotkaniu z przedstawicielami firm Demant i Audika – liderami w dziedzinie technologii wspierających osoby z niedosłuchem. Spotkanie, pełne inspirujących wystąpień i autentycznych historii, pokazało młodym adeptom sztuki, jak blisko człowieka może być technologia.
Wydarzenie rozpoczął Grzegorz Mrozik, Senior Product Owner z Demant Technology Centre, który wprowadził uczestników w świat backlogów i metodyki SAFe. Zamiast teorii – praktyka: jak potrzeby użytkowników zamieniają się w funkcjonalności, które realnie poprawiają jakość życia.
Następnie głos zabrały Weronika Ciesielska i Agata Wojtkowiak z Demant BS Fitting Solutions. Ich prezentacja „Z gabinetu do kodu” była opowieścią o zawodowej transformacji – od pracy z pacjentem do projektowania narzędzi dla protetyków słuchu na całym świecie. Pokazały, jak doświadczenie kliniczne przekłada się na intuicyjne rozwiązania technologiczne.
Na zakończenie Sylwia Górecka z Audika przypomniała, że technologia to tylko część większego obrazu. W poruszającej historii 70-letniej pacjentki Wandy pokazała, że dobór aparatu słuchowego to nie tylko kwestia parametrów technicznych – to przede wszystkim potrzeba poznania indywidualnych potrzeb pacjenta. Empatia, rozmowa i zrozumienie są kluczowe, by technologia mogła naprawdę wspierać człowieka.
Spotkanie było także okazją do ogłoszenia wyników konkursu Demant & Audika Innovation Challenge. Zwycięski projekt – interaktywny trening słuchu dla dzieci autorstwa Aleksandry Długołęckiej – to aplikacja edukacyjna z sympatycznym bohaterem Susełkiem Słuchu, która poprzez zabawę uczy lokalizacji dźwięku, rozróżniania tonów i emocji.
Studenci i studentki aktywnie uczestniczyli w rozmowach, zadawali pytania i dzielili się pomysłami. Spotkanie pokazało, że przyszłość protetyki słuchu to połączenie technologii i empatii.
